To effectively meet the increasingly complex needs of its customers, ACRO Automation Systems has invested in a Mazak VCN 530C Series Vertical Machining Center. This state of the art high-speed, heavy-torqueing machine is a great addition to ACRO’s already extensive base of machining centers.
The 530C Series is equipped with the MAZATROL SmoothG Control which optimizes programming and makes it easy to generate programs for complex parts. The control incorporates a wide variety of advanced programming functions that allow it to offer complete ease of use and ensure high-speed, high accuracy machining. This feature also supports EIA/ISO or conversational programming that makes it easy to generate programs for angled drilling, milling or tapping operations. Excellent accessibility to the machining envelope is achieved with two wide-opening front doors. In addition, excellent machine stability is ensured by durable linear roller guides on all the axes.
